This Grantha (Scripture) consists of very elevated and mind boggling spiritual siddhant (Philosophy), Truths (Tattva) and mellows (Rasa). The most important part of this Grantha is the very intimate and confidential pastimes of Sri Krishna with Sri Ananga Manjari, who is the younger sister of Srimati Radharani.
Ananga Manjari Samputika is a very important scripture for those who are practicing sadhan bhajan of Radha Krsna’s confidential pastimes. We have to know who is Ananga Manjari, and why she is so important for our bhajan. Without her blessings we cannot enter into the confidential pastimes of Radha and Krsna. Her blessings actually means the mercy of Dayal Nitai, without this there is no chance for us.
This Scripture was originally composed in Bengali Language by Srila Ramchandra Goswami aka Ramai Thakur, who was the spiritual son and an intimate disciple of Srimati Jahnava Mata (who is Ananga Manjari herself and also the consort of Sri Nityananda Prabhu). He was the only one who was qualified to write this scripture as he was fully empowered by Srimati Jahnava Mata’s mercy to reveal the confidential truths of Sri Ananga Manjari.
