Srimati Vasudha Mata Thakurāni and Srimati Jahnava Mata Thakurāni are the two consorts of Sri Nityānanda Prabhu

Srimati Vasudha Mata is the origin of the Nityānanda bloodline (aka Nityānanda Vamśa), because it was only through her that our Nityānanda Prabhu begot children. She is the mother of Birachandra Prabhu and Srimati Ganga Mata Goswamini. The Vamsha Parampara is traced through the father whereas the dīksā line is (usually) through the mother. Nityānanda Vamsha Parampara is a part of Nityānanda Parivār (family) but it’s very special in the sense that they are the direct bloodline descendants of Sri Nityānanda Prabhu and are thus very similar to Him in their mood and qualities. They follow in the footsteps of Sri Nityānanda Prabhu, showering their causeless mercy to one and all without considering anyone’s qualifications or outward appearance.
